Service Description

Marcus will begin class with 15 minutes of yoga inspired movement, followed by deep breathing and ending with a 30 minute led mediation. In Person Class will be capped at 6 students. If you book after the 6 in person slots have been filled, you will be provided with a ZOOM link and added to the waitlist for any in person cancellations.
